When you make an investment using 4LifeCapital access to investment platforms, lenders and others, you are investing in a loans,shares, notes or a mortgage dependent promissory note, equity piece or bond. A mortgage dependent promissory note is a promissory note in which the investor receives a stated interest rate for a stated term that is dependent on payment of the underlying loan between 4LifeCapital and the Sponsor,borrower. Accordingly, investors do not own the underlying property and their name is not on the property title or loan documents. Equity shares usually buy the investor a partial share in an underlying LLC setup for that particular investment. The investor than owns a share in the LLC. 4LifeCapital will most often be the receiver of the Sponsor or borrowers (re)payment and guarantees that payment to the investor through a Promissory Note which is the legal binding contract between the Investor and 4LifeCapital for that particular investment.
The investor should thoroughly asses and understand his/her position in the P.N. , capital stack and the consequences for the expected returns/payments in interest/dividend,shares or other repayment method.
Depending on your existing holdings, the cash balance of your account, and your investment criteria, it may take a long period of time before you recieve your principle back in your account, and the entire balance in your account may never be deployed. Holding uninvested cash in your account will reduce your overall returns. You will be informed as soon as possible when the contracted investment between 4LifeCapital and the client is no longer available.
