Invest with local private lenders
The typical mortgage rates are usually terms provided by traditional bank lenders. The investments offered through 4LifeCapital have higher rates because the underlying loans were originated by local private money lenders. Borrowers will accept higher rates from these lenders to ensure they have access to capital more quickly and with more flexibility than they would receive from a traditional funding source. Those lenders are very familiar with their geographical area.
